The Kitchen of Good and Evil (Recipe Day)

I decided I'd do a nice, healthy recipe, and a bad, bad, evil, high calorie recipe each week, 'cause I'm on a diet ... and a masochist, apparently. LOL

So, here goes.

The Good --

Garden Vegetable Soup

2/3 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups fat-free broth
1-1/2 cups diced green or red cabbage
1/2 cup green beans
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup peas

mix ingredients, bring to boil, serve hot, makes 4 servings. Easy, huh? :)

If you do Weight Watchers, this is 0 points per serving.

The Evil

Peanut Butter Pies

1 (8-oz) softened cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 (8-oz) bowls Cool Whip
2 graham cracker or Oreo crusts (I use the oreo ones)

Mix first 3 ingredients of filling in order with a fork.
Next, mix in Cool Whip with mixer on high.
Pour into pie shells.

Refrigerate. Top with peanuts & Cool Whip.
